Because of our growth we are seeking candidates for a fast track position that would lead an opportunity to become a principal in this growing Southwestern Virginia firm. The opportunity will be based upon your history of past success in design, project leadership, marketing, marketing strategies, and communication skills.

We are a successful, small business (30 employees) providing engineering, architecture, environmental, and consulting services to clients in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast United States. Established in 1996, the firm supports municipal governments, state agencies, and private sector client’s providing planning, design, resident project representation, and construction administration for diverse community-based projects.

If you have an interest in this position we ask that you have 10 years of successful architectural experience that includes: Having been the Project Architect/Manager for large design projects with over site for work in process.The client contact for various size projects.Overall scheduling of staff assignments.Marketing and marketing strategies.A professional degree in Architecture and registration, we prefer that you have a Virginia and/or Tennessee registration or NCARD.
