Senior Interactive Art Director / Associative Creative Director

Searching for a talented and innovative individual who has a excellent understanding of the interactive space and an eye for both design and user experience. Professional experience leading interactive projects from concept to completion is required. Portfolio must reflect varied client projects to demonstrate variability in work. Must be a strong conceptual thinker. Ideal candidate will have experience designing flash websites, banners, GUI, workflows and wireframes as well as a thorough understanding of widgets and online applications. Experience with user generated content, social networking, entertainment is ideal. Must be an expert in Photoshop and Illustrator. Understanding of Flash, CSS and HTML is preferred. After Effects and ability to work with motion graphics is a huge plus. Strong typography and good intuitive understanding of UI absolutely necessary. Must be able to communicate clearly with our backend and application development teams. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills a must.
