Senior Civil / Water Engineer

Responsibilities
Project and staff management; water resource project design, technical analysis and review; client development/marketing; technical writing and proposal writing
Focus is on government and commercial/industrial water resources infrastructure projects – projects may include water and wastewater conveyance, water supply, drainage, water quality, and other engineering projects
Leadership role in working with staff and clients in a team environment

Knowledge & Qualifications
Colorado PE required
12+ years experience in a broad range of the water resources market including water and wastewater infrastructure design, water supply, stormwater quantity and quality analysis, hydraulic and surface water modelling, stormwater drainage design, municipal stormwater utilities, and watershed planning & management
Demonstrated success in winning work, and strong network connections, with the Colorado and Wyoming water engineering market, particularly along the Colorado Front Range
Water supply, wastewater treatment, and urban drainage master planning, management, services and regulatory experience with local, state and/or federal agencies a plus
Experience managing and mentoring engineering staff
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills
