Accountabilities
Oversight of all aspects of construction, specifically CM and QA/QC
Ability to prepare accurate Technical Specifications
Oversee the day to day function of an office from both business and admin. perspective
Business Development and Client Service are key to this position


Knowledge
Construction Cost Estimating skills
Proven skills in Land Development design using LDD and/or Civil 3D
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to address critical issues decisively and appropriately
