Senior Architect

Tetra Tech's Infrastructure Northwest Group, a well-established consulting architecture/engineering firm specializing in public architecture and municipal infrastructure and is searching for an experienced, highly motivated Senior Architect for our Seattle office. The individual selected for this opportunity will deal directly with clients to ensure we understand and deliver on their needs. The Senior Architect will have the opportunity to develop additional business with current clients and assist with development of business with new clients. A primary function of this role is Project Management. Project Management will involve ownership of client satisfaction as well as profitability of the work being performed. This level of ownership is obtained through financial management of the project as well as leading programming and feasibility studies, managing and driving the design process, and provision of construction administrative services. For maximum success in this role, candidates should have 10 years of professional architecture experience, 5 years of project management experience, and working knowledge of sustainable building practices and the LEED certification process. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong multi-discipline team leadership, written and verbal communication skills, and strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Knowledge of AutoCAD and proficiency in MS Office required. The Senior Architect position requires an accredited degree and professional registration, LEED AP is desired.
