JOB DESCRIPTION

The employee will fulfill the duties of Sales associate in the Manhasset store

His/her duties will include:

 

Assisting customers:

Welcome clients and introduce the brand, as well as different collections

Determining needs of clients and submitting designs as well as recommending appropriate pieces

Follow up with client and maintaining good contact with clients at all stages of the sale process

 

Follow with suppliers :

Maintaining contact with suppliers to place and follow up on orders

Confirmation of orders to the supplier

Contacting factories to inquire about technical problems arising during sale

 

General maintenance of the showroom :

Daily optimization of display dynamics and presentation setup

Upkeep of decoration and displays

Maintenance of showroom to ensure clean sample area and accessibility to sale supports

 

Report to the store management :

Direct reporting to store manager and close coordination during the sale process

Indirect reporting to the general manager.
