General Purpose
Provides leadership, instructional design, facilitation and program management capability for sales and dealer learning initiatives. Manages, facilitates and delivers learning in a variety of settings including classroom and virtual delivery. Responsible for the implementation and operation of programs-including learning vendor selection, piloting, logistics management, learning program implementation, feedback/assessment, and post program review.
Essential Functions
° Research and recommend new learning providers/vendors, learning content and leading edge learning solutions.
° Define overall strategic plan for achieving sales and dealer learning program initiatives for assigned programs.
° Deliver virtual and classroom training for sales related training solutions.
° Provide direction for blended learning needs (self studies, virtual delivery, classroom).
° Manage and oversee logistics and scheduling of learning curriculums(s) and program(s) including vendor contracts, catering, materials, transportation, lodging, resources, equipment, and facilities including remote location arrangements and hospitality.
° Communicate curriculum and program information to customers including the program structure, general requirements (tuition, pre-work, schedule).
° Manage the learning website administration and content including invoicing, reporting, analysis, content creation, updates and end user support and training.
° Manage the certification of the program, logo development, letterhead, business cards, amenities and maintain inventory.
° Create communication and marketing for various programs.
° Contact for and or coordinate internally, activities revolving around the facilities, including preparedness, signage, maintenance, and contact for external event structure.
° Maintain and build relationships with both internal clients as well as internal and external resources.
° Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
Minimum Requirements
° Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or communication or applicable discipline or equivalent experience.
° 3 to 5 years professional experience in a marketing, administrative, project management, and or training environment.
° Demonstrated ability or experience in the identification of training needs and tools to address needs; development and delivery of learning related programs.
° Highly developed project management skills and attention to detail.
° Ability to work in a fast paced, complex and multi faceted environment; work style that is self directed and can perform the facilitation role when needed..
° Exhibits a professional posture that displays confidence, experience, presence and flexibility to work effectively with people at many levels.
° Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, leaders, and effectively handle difficult situations.
° Demonstrated ability to effectively use office automation/communication software and tools currently being used in the HMI office environment; with the ability to learn new technologies quickly as related to learning activities.
° Possess well established written and verbal communication skills.
° Demonstrated teamwork skills including willingness to give and receive feedback while maintaining a positive tone.
° Fundamental knowledge of basic accounting.
° Must be able to travel 10% of the time as business objectives require.
