Sales Representative, Facade Restoration and Waterproofing
A well established and respected Commercial Exterior Building Restoration business is seeking an experienced and dynamic sales representative for its metro NY territory. The successful candidate will have a history of building new client relationships, maintaining excellent customer service, and exceeding sales targets. Experience in the construction, restoration or commercial waterproofing business is required. A Rolodex of established relationships is ideal.
Our company is a recognized leader in the commercial building exterior restoration business with a reputation of quality, reliability and trust. If you have verifiable experience selling to building owners, construction management firms, architects, engineering companies and property managers – are a self starter and have a professional attitude – we want to talk to you. You will report to the Managing Partner and will be supported by a professional staff.

What you will be doing
·       Create and follow through on a territory sales plan
·       Identify and build relationships with building owners, building management companies, construction management firms, architectural firms, engineering firms
·       Build and manage a pipeline of business Â
·       Prepare proposals with support from the estimating team
·       Close new clients and exceed sales targets
Â
What you need for the job
·       5 or more years selling into the real estate market, with experience in   commercial exterior restoration, construction, or waterproofing.
·       Relationship building and negotiating skills
·       Computer skills on Microsoft Office applications
·       Estimating experience
·       A self starter with a drive to succeed professionally and financially
·       Great follow-up skills
