Regional Manager - Dallas

For more than 25 years, Westin Engineering, Inc. (Westin) has been providing professional services to guide water, wastewater, public works, electrical utilities and other public agencies to optimize processes, retain knowledge, meet compliance requirements, serve customers and improve asset life.


Westin is currently recruiting for a key Regional Manager to be responsible for leading all activities in Westin's Dallas, TX office. This position will provide management of sales and technical resources for all engagements in Texas and the surrounding area. This includes business growth, high quality proposals and deliverables, timely execution of projects within budget, as well as staff hiring, mentoring and development. The Manager will also be responsible for selling Westin's services and managing key accounts.

Responsibilities Include: Achieve project sales, revenue, growth, and profit goals Develop and manage client relationships for existing and prospective accounts Enhance Westin's strategy for development and growth of Engineering and Consulting Practices Client management ensuring quality delivery and continuous client satisfaction Staff management and mentoring Office management and administration

Experience Required: 10+ years of professional engineering consulting services experience from water and wastewater utilities or public sector agencies Strong SCADA and/or Telecommunications project experience Excellent technical and interpersonal skills and reputation Demonstrated capability of independently managing technical staff Demonstrated ability to manage large projects within budget, schedule and quality standards Development and maintenance of excellent business relationships with established and new customers B.S. in Engineering or Business, advanced education degree, registered Professional Engineer Excellent written and verbal presentation skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
