You'll be working with a dynamic team with an impressive track record.The Capital Program Manager will have responsibility for people management, service quality, multiple customer relationships, financial performance, and support/interface at college facilities in the Philadelphia area.  Client-specific responsibilities include managing all aspects of programming, design, and construction. Producing such deliverables as programs, studies, budgets, project execution plans, RFP’s, contracts, meeting minutes, and project tracking.   Opportunity This position offers accelerated professional growth opportunities for an experienced, hands-on professional who can lead and manage people, multiple customer relationships, and ensure quality of service delivery. Position responsibilities Manage the day to day planning, design and construction of facilities Direct accountability for multiple customer relationships Schedule technical resources and develop/maintain budgets Ensure quality of service delivery Manage resources efficiently Communicate regularly with National Director for CPM and District Manager Train reports in proper project tracking and execution Maintain customer satisfaction – externally and internally Project and report financial results Education:  BS in Architecture or Engineering highly preferred Experience:  5 to 10 years related experience Educational project experience is preferred In-depth understanding and “hands on” experience with any or all of the following positions – owner’s representative, construction management, program management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and leadership skills Demonstrated time management skills, resulting in the ability to manage multiple customer relationships and prioritize time and resources accordingly Demonstrated potential to advance within the organization
