Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Needed- $40-45K
Leading architecture firm needs an enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to oversee all front desk operations in their San Francisco office. To be well qualified for this highly visible role, you should have first-rate interpersonal abilities to welcome all visitors while also managing administrative duties. Plenty of growth opportunities for an office “go-getter” who is eager to positively impact the firm in this highly visible role.
Responsibilities:
-Maintain an orderly front desk area.
-Answer and route incoming phone calls and general inbox emails.
-Notify internal staff members of arriving guests.
-Assist with general conference room preparations and setup for meetings.
-Receive and sign for high priority mail and packages.
-Reorder front office supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
-1-2 years of administrative experience.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
-Strong communication skills in person and over the phone.
-Professional and resourceful demeanor.
-Ability to interact and collaborate with all levels of staff.
-Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and very strong multitasking abilities.
