REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

Can you lead a team of Sales Professionals...Then we have the career for you.  National Wallcovering a commercial wallcovering distributor is looking for an outside Regional Sales Manager for our Southwest Region with minimum of 5+ years previous sales management experience.   Individual will be responsible for leading a team which is servicing new and existing clients within the Architectural and Interior Design communities.    National Wallcovering offers a family –friendly environment as one of our team! Responsibilities:    

Hire, train and develop sales representatives for established and new market areas

Complete quarterly sales/performance reviews for sales representatives Assist sales representatives in developing & delivering sales presentations Maintain awareness of current company activities, industry trends & government regulations

Assist sales representatives in closing sales/addressing complaints

Serve as liaison/communication channel for company policies and procedures

Supervise and direct daily activities of sales representatives in order to achieve company sales goals

Train sales representatives on how to use the company designated sale representative software     

 

Skills & Qualifications:  

5+ years previous industry related sales management experience

College degree preferred

Relationship building with internal & external customers

Excellent oral & written communications skills

Excellent customer relation skills Strong problem solving / analytical skills Accuracy & attention to detail Multi-task oriented PC Literate – Word, Excel, E-Mail, Internet Skill & ability to organize & prioritize work & to meet deadlines

Ability to grow sales within the company & meet pre-established sales goals

Ability to travel approximately 75% of time by surface and/or air

Ability to set goals, create a plan to meet goal objectives, and execute the plan.
