DESCRIPTION: The QA Engineer for our PDMWorks products will be an integral part of a team chartered with ensuring that the PDMWorks software products meet the very high quality standards our customers demand. In addition, the team is responsible for developing and executing test plans for regression testing and validating new software functions. Responsibilities will include test plan development, testing of new features, regression testing, fix validation, performance/load testing, and other quality initiatives. This position reports to the Manager of Quality Assurance and will work closely with the Product Definition, Development, and Technical Support staff through all stages of the software development cycle.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Software systems testing experience or equivalent technical support or development background. CAD, Product Design and/or Manufacturing experience including MCAD / FEA / PDM / PLM software a definite plus. Programming skills and experience with automated testing tools are also a plus.
EDUCATION: Bachelor degree in Engineering or other technical discipline
