POSITION TITLE: Project Manager – Architecture
Position Details

This client is seeking a highly talented, enthusiastic leader with excellent communication, relationship building and project management skills for the role of Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) of Architecture, an RA license and a minimum of 5 years of experience in structural design of multi-level parking or other commercial structures. Experience with commercial high-rise and/or mixed use structures is a plus. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, STAAD, ETABS and SAP2000. Hand Sketching, Master Planning and Revit skills are a plus.

Architecture Project Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Coordinating in-house and external (contractors/consultants) Architectural, Structural, Civil and MEP services for multiple projects.
• Providing clients & vendors with exceptional customer service and support.
• Overseeing work performed by all project team members to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Monitoring project profitability and contract management.
