Project Entitlement Coordinator - BOSTON AREA

WPIIDC, Inc. has a great opportunity for a Project Entitlement Coordinator for our Quincy, MA office. Position Requirements:

 

This position requires very strong administrative skills with solid computer knowledge and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. The candidate must be able to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment, demonstrate an exemplary level of organization and productivity and maintain a sense of humor and wit. Attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised effectively and efficiently is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed, as this position requires professional verbal and written interactions with clients, vendors and sub-contractors. The candidate must demonstrate a high degree of learning comprehension and be able to respond to change effectively and efficiently. Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred, but not required. Knowledge of additional Adobe software applications is advantageous, including PhotoShop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.

 

This position will provide project support to the Entitlement Manager, general office support and perform any other duties as assigned and deemed necessary by management.  The candidate will also research municipal codes and communicate with various local agencies and a wide range of consultants, therefore strong internet researchings skills are required.  The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative/office duties, such as arranging meetings and conferences, maintaining project data via our web-based tracking tool, and conducting project conference calls. Attention to detail is essential to the performance of these job requirements. Minimal driving will be required and reliable transportation is necessary.  Proof of a valid MA driver’s license and insurance will be required upon employment.

 

After employment, the successful candidate will need to present evidence of their U.S. Citizenship or their legal right to live and work in the United States.
