Project Construction Manager

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and reports the project management activities of multiple project teams with regard to school facilities.* Responsible for 4 to 15 projects simultaneously, ranging in construction value from $2M to $60M. Position requirements include, but are not limited to: Experience in design management. 9 or more years of experience in Project/Construction Management of Commercial and/or Public Facilities and familiarity with relevant Public Codes. * Minimum years of experience: 9* Education required: BS or BA in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management or a closely related field.* Special considerations, specific technical experience, skills, etc.: Experience in design management of K-12 school facilities.* This position this position does require travel.
