65,000.00 - 90,000.00 USD /year Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Creative/Design Relevant Work Experience: 10+ to 15 Years Career Level: Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Email: Apply by Email Reference Code: GG116188mt1 Project Architect needed for Commercial Architecture Firm National Architecture Firm with strong Phoenix presence has an opening for a Project Architect within their Arizona office.  As a Project Architect, you will be responsible leading production efforts on projects, overseeing a team of designers and drafters, and overall coordination and development of construction documents on your given project(s).Requirements:·  Experience with the coordination of projects from conceptual design through construction administration. Oversight of the production of construction documents, hands on code research, assist in entitlements, and technical review of production work.·  Minimum of (10) years experience as an Architect, with at least (5) years experience in a Project Architect's role.·  Proven ability to lead design development and contract document phases of architectural projects.·  Ability to communicate and coordinate  effectively and efficiently with clients, staff and other disciplines.·  Significant recent and current experience working on large commercial projects. Our client typically focuses on commercial, institutional, healthcare and hospitality work, so a mix of those projects is desired.·  Proficiency with AutoCAD for the purposes of doing mark-ups for drafters.
