Successful candidate will provide well-organized technical and production leadership to project teams in the production of construction documents, from Design Development through the Construction Document phase, as well as Construction Administration. Must understand and communicate design goals and have the knowledge to guide technical solutions that advance those goals. Plans and conducts work requiring maturity of judgment and substantial adaptation of standard techniques on mid to large-scale corporate, institutional, healthcare and educational projects.Requirements:· Minimum 7+ years relevant experience.· Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Design required, LEED Certification a plus. · Revit or other BIM software proficiency preferred. · Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Adobe Creative Suite essential.
