Project Administrative Assistant
We are looking for extraordinary, creative and passionate individuals to join our expanding team in San Francisco. We are seeking a Project Administrative Assistant whose essential duties will include but not limited to the following: Provide administrative support for the Project team, set up and maintain the central project files, project directory and project file index, set up and maintain project contacts, archiving, etc. in outlook project directory, assist visiting P+W staff, assist with travel arrangements for team members, reception back-up, call screening, coordinate all project meetings, including offsite locations, food orders, printing materials with Client’s vendors and contractors, fostering a positive relationship with the client, organize printing and delivery of items to off-site meetings and have the ability to work effectively under pressure, good aesthetic sense related to formatting, well organized with a sense of organization/materials, Candidate must have experience in Microsoft office software and at least two years experience with other Architectural or Interior firms. Familiarity with Illustrator and Photoshop preferred. Qualified and interested candidates should submit a resume with a cover letter. Perkins+Will is an EOE.
