Operations Manager
Contract Interiors, San Diego is looking for an Operations Manager whose background aligns within the office furniture industry.
As an Operations Manager you would work with Operations, Sales and Design to ensure the best possible service is provided to our clients.
Competencies Required:
· Highly customer oriented, with interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with a wide range of people, both within and outside the company.
· Experience in managing all aspects of contract furniture projects and their installations.
· Management skills to organize and direct the activities of multiple functions employing a fluctuating, but generally large staff; the ability to develop strategic plans and implement into action plans.
· Management and leadership skills to select, train, develop and coach a highly effective team of managers, field supervisors and field personnel; can drive execution and learning; can foster teamwork within the department as well as between the department and the rest of the dealership.
· Knowledge of service economics and dealer financial concepts to create meaningful budgets and forecasts, to monitor division performance relative to revenues and expenses, and to provide appropriate cost data competitive positioning of dealership’s service operations.
· Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity and sound judgment in business transactions, and providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Education/Experience Desired: College degree or equivalent educational courses.
