Office Manager

Growing company in the Nashville area is seeking a Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position will report to the owner of the company and will require someone with great communication skills who can multi-task, has a great attitude and enjoys working with people in a fast paced environment. This person must have great phone skills, administrative skills, and have some experience in the marketing area creating marketing letters, talking to and following up with clients to confirm dates, meetings, etc. The job duties include: answering phones, typing documents, filing, faxing, invoicing, A/P, A/R, completing spread sheets, verifying information, setting up files for clients, greeting guests, and other duties as assigned. This person should know MS Word, Excel, Outlook, typing, data entry. Experience working in a Office Manager role is preferred. This person must be professional, excited, enjoy working in a team environment, and want to grow in their career. This is a small to mid size company. Only qualified candidates should apply.
