Position: Office Coordinator & Sales Assistant
Location: Boston, MA
Salary: $32,000-$37,000
Position Outline:
Our client is looking for a motivated individual to handle the reception area and assist in office sales support. Candidates must be “self-starters” with the ability to multi-task and complete projects in a timely manner. This position requires excellent communication skills and basic computer skills in Microsoft Office.
This position has an opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the company’s lobby area and interior design “samples” library.
• Greet and direct all visitors, including vendors, clients and customers.
• Handle incoming calls to the main office number and performs general administrative duties, such as ordering office supplies and putting together bid packages.
• Work with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude projects. Duties include coordinating schedules and activities, placing orders, and tracking progress and results.
• Once trained on the client’s accounting database the candidate will perform basic accounting responsibilities
• Support two sales team members and also may assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.
