Mechanical / Electrical Engineers

Graduate degree in mechanical/electrical engineering

Minimum of 8 yrs. of mechanical/electrical design experience in the building design and construction industry related to renovation of existing facilities and new construction

Experience in all phases of the design process from project planning and concepts through working drawings and construction administration with a through knowledge of building codes.

Strong computer background

Experience in cost estimating

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Experience as an Owner’s Representative providing technical guidance on federal government projects.

Demonstrated ability to interact in a cooperative and effective manner with designers, subconsultatns and owners

Strong interpersonal skills.
