Marketing Manager

Function:

 

The Marketing Manager reports to the Managing Principal of the Memphis office and is responsible for coordinating the marketing, lead tracking, market research and public relations activities of TRO Jung|Brannen.

 

The Marketing Manager also works closely with Director of Marketing (Boston), Principals, Senior Associates and Associates in their individual marketing efforts and in collecting data on their respective projects.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·  Organizes and maintains systems for marketing/public relations administration and resources.

 

·  Assists in identifying market research contacts and conducts secondary market research.

 

·  Assists in identifying leads and assembles/maintains lead lists by target market(s).

 

·  Maintains lead tracking database, schedules contacts, records call report data, prepares follow-up materials, and assists in the preparation of correspondence.

 

·  Collaborates with Managing Principal and assigned team members in compiling data, writing and producing proposals.

 

·  Collaborates with corporate office marketing staff in updating of marketing information, major proposals and other issues as required.

 

·  Develops, maintains and updates mailing lists for target market (s).

 

·  Organizes and maintains prospect files.

 

·  Interviews Principals/Project Architects and compiles records processing for each project.

 

·  Assists in the development and coordination of exhibits, special events and feature, and routine publicity.

 

·  Collaborates with Director of Marketing in developing company data, i.e., Standard Form 330, Directory submissions, etc.

 

·  Organizes and maintains specialized consultant files.

 

·  Maintains information on staff members and writes/updates resumes of key personnel.

 

·  Organizes community activities related to Public Relations or internal-office activities for staff members to participate in.

 

·  Assists with office Design Graphics.

 

·  Helps maintain brand image.

 

·  Coordinated written materials for press releases, article, and other written correspondence.

 

·  Coordinates photo shots at project sites.

 

·  Has availability to travel to other offices, project sites, and trade shows.
