Marketing Coordinator - Ground Floor Opportunity for Experienced Professional

JBI Partners, Inc. is a multi-disciplined design and consulting firm providing land planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, land surveying and related services for real estate development and investment.  For three decades, we have helped our clients create landmark projects throughout the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex.

 

Currently, we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our head office based in Addison, Texas.  This is a ground-floor opportunity for a marketing professional to help develop the marketing function within a growing, yet established, organization.  Requirements and responsibilities for the position are as follows:

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

·        Assist partners with marketing and public relations efforts.

·        Develop and champion implementation of marketing strategy in collaboration with partners.

·        Implement lead generation and networking programs, including mass mailings, events, sponsorships, and advertising to successfully market the firm.

·        Team with partners to launch campaigns that effectively generate leads and opportunities.

·        Develop and maintain mailing list of key marketing contacts.

·        Conduct and compile research on potential clients.  Make “cold calls� as directed by partners and schedule meetings with prospective clients for partners.

·        Coordinate and/or produce marketing collateral.  Maintain marketing production supplies and all marketing collateral.

·        Develop and maintain marketing database.  Maintain photo image and logo libraries.

·        Write and edit statements of qualifications. 

·        Assist in writing, editing and maintaining all partner profiles and other collaterals which provide support and serve as resources for partners in their business development efforts.

·        Coordinate press releases and advertisements.

·        Assist with updates and maintenance of the firm’s website.

·        Event and meeting planning, including community service events.

·        Represent firm at events, trade shows and other business functions.

·        Manage third-party vendors for creative and media development.

·        Manage company tickets (Mavericks, Cowboys, Rangers, etc.) and report on usage.

·        Measure business impact and return on marketing investment.

·        Keep abreast of developments within the industry through research and networking.

·        Demonstrate specialized industry expertise.

 

Requirements:

·        College degree, preferably in marketing or communications. 

·        Minimum two years experience in a marketing position.

·        Experience in an A/E/C or professional services firm.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office.  FrontPage, PhotoShop, Publisher, or other publishing and web development software strongly preferred.

·        Ability to attend business functions outside of regular business hours and at weekends.

·        Some travel required.
