Shop drawings must include 2-D geometry of parts to be cut on the CNC router.  Must be familiar with different materials including plywood, MDF, Plexiglas and acrylic, glass, steel and aluminum.  You will work with account managers, project managers and other drafting personnel to interpret design drawings and work within budgets.  Must be able to work within tight time constraints.  Good communication skills are important.  Most projects are fabricated in house by union shop. All projects are unique.3-D AutoCAD 2006 or higher required.  Must be able to produce detailed shop drawings in 3-D. Knowledge of materials and fabrication required.  CAM experience a plus.
