Lead Civil Engineer 4
TranSystems' Oakland, California, office has an immediate opening for a Lead Civil Engineer (EC4). The preferred candidate will be a licensed Professional Engineer (civil) in the state of California with 10+ years of experience in either a general civil background (grading, drainage, utility design, etc.), or preferably with marine or rail design experience. Previous project management experience is highly desired. Responsibilities will include: all phases of design as needed for the successful completion of smaller projects or phases and tasks within large projects; the supervision, coordination and review of the work of junior staff engineers and technicians, and; interfacing with clients, subconsultants, vendors and personnel in other TranSystems offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.10+ years,A/E/P experience,AutoCAD,Highway Bridge Design,Microstation,Professional Engineer License (PE),Rail Bridge DesignAdditional Information: Travel Percentage: 10%
