Window and Door Sales Representative

 

Duties:

 

Architectural Market is a unique one stop destination for higher end building products. We are the Marvin representative for eastern Oklahoma, as well as the Millennium Window distributor for the Mid-West. We also are the Western United States Distributor for Loyal Iron doors. This position may lead into a regional position as the company continues to grow.

 

*Outside sales with showroom  displays

* Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales

* Window and door experience a must.

* Familiar with local market

* Weekly report  management,submitting activity and results reports,  daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analyses.* Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc.* Recommend  changes developmental  product lines.

* Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.* Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Skills/Qualifications:Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales
