* Intermediate Architect*

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Under the direction of Project Architect, the Intermediate Architect performs work on basic segments of a project. The candidate should be thoroughly knowledgeable of requirements of the project assigned to and use this knowledge in their work on the project to ensure compliance with firms contractual obligations. This is a great architectural opportunity to learn and a excellent way to continue your growth as an architect. Responsibilities

Assist design team in design phases by performing drafting and other requested tasks. Completely execute small portions of the project. Research and learn building technologies and systems required on project. Responsible for solving graphic and mathematical problems. Work with specification writer in producing technical specifications sections. Review submissions for technical competence, compliance with design intent, general coordination of other means of work and compliance with all applicable laws or ordinances. Help lead necessary systems research and development. Represent firm in field visitations and construction phase meetings.

Qualifications

Degree in Architecture and/or Interior Design from accredited institution Three t five years of experience in architecture and design development, having demonstrated professional judgment, and an ability to work as an integral part of a project team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills AutoCAD proficiency
