Project Managers:Degree from School of Architecture, 5 + Years Experience at competitor Architectural firm, Proficient in AutoCADK-12, Higher Education, Healthcare, Civic Project experienceLicensed Architect in the State of CaliforniaKnowledge of OSHPD, DSA, or various codes and applicationsDrive and Desire to Learn and Grow in management
Job Captains:Degree from School of Architecture, 5 + years Experience at competitor Architectural firm, highly proficient in AutoCADK-12, Higher Education, Healthcare, Civic Project experienceKnowledge of deign process, construction documentation proceduresAbility to manage multiple projects
Senior Project Managers:Degree from School of Architecture, 10+ years Industry experience, highly proficient in AutoCADK-12, Higher Education, Healthcare, Civic Project ExperiencePrior Management experience in mid-larger sized Architectural firmExpertise in schematic design, design development, bidding and construction document preparation.Ability and desire to establish/grow business relationships within the industry
