High-Profile Design Firm Seeks Exceptional Executive Assistant - $40-60K

Highly renowned luxury design firm is looking for an Executive Assistant to hit the ground running in this position and support an amazing the President! In this position, your primary focus will be supporting the daily needs of the President and moving forward his general project support requests. A solid background of providing high caliber support will be essential to frequently interface with important clients in person/over the phone, liaise with cross functional departments on behalf of the President, and manage a highly detailed and complex executive calendar. Candidates should have outstanding customer-service and interpersonal abilities to handle all professional matters with a strong sense of urgency. Qualifications:

-3-5+ years of experience supporting a high level executive in a corporate setting, preferably with a background in a big entertainment or law office.

-Exceptional multitasking and time management skills to prioritize assignments under strict deadline pressures.

-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

-Superior writing ability and solid knowledge of grammar to produce flawless correspondence.

-College degree is ideal.
