In this position, your primary focus will be supporting the daily needs of the President and moving forward his general project support requests. A solid background of providing high caliber support will be essential to frequently interface with important clients in person/over the phone, liaise with cross functional departments on behalf of the President, and manage a highly detailed and complex executive calendar. Candidates should have outstanding customer-service and interpersonal abilities to handle all professional matters with a strong sense of urgency. Qualifications:

-3-5+ years of experience supporting a high level executive in a corporate setting, preferably with a background in a big entertainment or law office.

-Exceptional multitasking and time management skills to prioritize assignments under strict deadline pressures.

-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

-Superior writing ability and solid knowledge of grammar to produce flawless correspondence.

-College degree is ideal.
