Help Worth & Co., Inc. be a leader in the Construction industry by acting as the HVAC CAD Tech who prepares engineering plans; prepares rough sketches; prepares final drawings; identifies and verifies specifications; modifies drawings; resolves discrepancies; keeps equipment operational; maintains data base; maintains technical knowledge; contributes to team effort.

Qualifications

Thorough knowledge of drafting techniques and principles. Understands general design requirements.

Experience using AutoCAD.

Experience in Computer Aided Design and analysis. Has mechanical design and computer drafting skills such as CADRA, CADAM, CATIA, or PRO-E.

Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.

Self-motivated. Thrives on doing a job well. Has the independence, initiative, and desire to achieve.

Easily analyzes and prioritizes information, distilling it to the critical issues and drawing accurate conclusions.

Experience using common drafting tools and instruments.

Influences product development by gathering and analyzing product, customer, and operational requirements.

Knowledge of engineering design.

Trained in hands-on equipment maintenance.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
