HR Manager

RDK Engineers has specialized for over 100 years in providing high-quality HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Electrical consulting engineering services. Areas of specialty include HVAC, Plumbing, Telecommunications, Fire Protection and Electrical Engineering services. Today we deliver MEP/FP and telecommunications design, systems commissioning and building management support services to some of New England’s leading businesses and institutions. 

 

We are currently seeking an HR Manager to support our staff of over 250 employees throughout six locations.  Located in our corporate office in Andover, Massachusetts, the HR Manager develops and administers a broad range of HR programs, policies and practices, including:

  Developing and managing comprehensive recruiting and staffing programs to attract highly qualified candidates in a timely, cost-effective manner. Developing and administering HR policies and procedures. Providing effective employee relations counsel and ensuring consistent application of related policies and practices. Developing, implementing and/or coordinating strategic training and development initiatives to meet the current and future needs of the business. Ensuring competitive pay, benefit and reward systems exist throughout the company. Managing and developing an HR staff. Supporting and integrating remote RDK offices, coordinating with office managers and group leaders as needed. Involvement in organizational design issues, departmental reorganizations and alignments.
