Full-Time/Part-Time Installers/Service Techs/Sales
Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Colorado (OLP) is searching for qualified people to join our growing company as full-time or part-time low-voltage lighting installers/service techs/sales for residential and commercial projects. Our locally owned and operated company is part of the nation's oldest and largest landscape lighting company. Landscaping/construction/electrical and outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required for entry level postions, but is a requirement for experienced positions. Full training is provided and it is a great opportunity to learn and grow with the company.
Main Responsibilities: These year-round, outdoor positions are responsible for installing our customers' low voltage/line voltage lighting systems. Successful candidates must be able to lift a minimum of 60 pounds and must be able and willing to work year-round in warm and cold weather, and do labor-intensive work. Training will also be provided for servicing the systems.Â
Skills Needed: Ability to use/learn use of basic hand tools and electrical testing equipment. Customer service skills and bi-lingual a plus. Basic understanding of Colorado front-range cities and ability to read maps. Willingness and ability to learn. Effective problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with customers and office.Requirements: Valid drivers license with acceptable motor vehicle record; must pass criminal background check; reliable transportation and occasional evening and weekend hours; high school diploma or equivalent minimum; must be able to lift 60 pounds minimum.Compensation: Hourly rate depending on experience plus benefit plans.
