APG’s head office is in Atlanta, GA. and their major customers include home center retailers, local and regional dealers and local masonry contractors.Summary: An individual in this position will be part of a team responsible for deploying, training and supporting an Enterprise Resource Planning solution with a focus on Sales, Manufacturing, Distribution, Purchasing, and Financial modules. The primary responsibility will be to train users on the proper use of all modules and help them realize the benefits of the software through implementing successful processes. Training will be delivered through various mediums which will require frequent travel. Secondary responsibilities will be to assist with the creation of business processes, system testing, documentation and the development of training materials. Responsibilities: •Learn all modules of the software to the point of becoming an expert •Develop a familiarity of the workings of APG business units •Acquire a thorough knowledge of all business processes and financial procedures •Assist in process design, system testing and creation of training materials and documentation •Travel to business locations and teach on site courses through various mediums such as on-line, classroom, side by side, etc. •Provide feedback from the users that will enhance the usability and functionality of the software •Ensure the user has a thorough knowledge of the system and the processes •Other duties as assigned and occasional overtime is a natural part of the job•Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training and work related experience •Manufacturing Industry experience a plus •Understanding of complex processes from a business and IT perspective •Strong Interpersonal skills with ability to train various levels of end users •Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) •Strong teamwork skills but also capable of working independently •Ability to handle stressful situations and remain composed •Willingness to travel up to 95% within North America For quick consideration apply here
