ARCHITECTURAL POSITION-Searching for candidates with entry level to 10 years+ experience.

  Prior experience working for an architectural/engineering consultant or

degree in architecture is required.BS or BA in Architecture.

Strong customer service skills, Auto cad and Microsoft Office needed,

  and excellent oral and written communication skills needed. Ability to

  interact with senior management, client organizations and vendors.

SENIOR PROJECT DESIGNER/PROJECT DESIGNER- CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE IN DESIGN OF EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES, DRAWING, SKETCHING, AND PREPARATION OF DESIGN PRESENTATION DRAWINGS. Candidates must have ability to create design concepts and continue the development through all design phases.  Minimum 5 - 10 years expereince.  BA degree.  Proficient in AutoCAD, photo shop,sketch up, and Microsoft office.  Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multi projects.  Must be quality minded and self motivated.

HOUSTON PROECT ARCHITECT/MANAGER-Licensed Architect with 7 to 10 years experience.  Must be personable with extensive experience in drawing, client service and vendor relations.  Prior experience working for an Architectural/Engineering consultant or construction related firm is required.  Proficient in Autocad. 

MEP Engineer-BS in Engineering.  Entry level to 10 years experience encouraged to apply. Prior experience working for an architecural/engineering consultant, and /or degree in architecture required.

SPECIFICATIONS DIRECTOR-Experience with project specifications, document conformity,specification procedures, standards, objectives and goals.
