Position Description:

Government Services IPT has an opportunity for a Program Analyst. General Responsibilities include:This position requires self-motivation, attention to detail, organization skills, and the aptitude to multi-task. Provide and clearly articulate innovative solutions as issues arise.  Analyze and dissect large amounts of financial and schedule data.  Conceptualize complex processes.  Facilitate meetings. Provide general program management support to the client. Being a team player who also is able to work effectively with little supervision.  Ability to work under pressure and with flexibility when handling and coordinating tasks with multiple stakeholders.Works together with Earned Value process to status customer projects.Serves as a program interface to the customer on issues of scheduling and reporting coordination.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelors DegreePossession of excellent client service skills

· Excellent computer literacy-knowledge of MS office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) applications.

· Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).

· Demonstrated strength with implementation of standardized, process-based, business practices. 

· Experience with Earned Value Management

· Knowledge of the Federal government and/or Military.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with working with Microsoft Project.

· Experience with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)

· Prooven experience with leadership, guidance, and coordination

· Experience generating and representing schedule assessment information to senior management.
