Construction Project Manager - K-12 Schools

Looking for a career opportunity with a dynamic, growth-oriented firm?  We are seeking a Project Manager to work directly with our school district clients.  This individual will develop and define project scope, schedule and budget for projects at one or more of our clients.  They will oversee all aspects of the design, construction, and close out phases including architect review and selection, contractor and subcontractors selection and management, quality control, safety compliance, and manage project changes, budget and schedule.    Qualified candidates must have 7+ years of commercial construction project management background with at least 2 K-12 schools.  Must have design phase as well as construction phase management experience.  Must have a professional, collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong relationship management skills with clients and vendors.  Excellent report writing, presentation and problem solving skills are essential.  Must be proficient in MS Project, Excel and Outlook and willing to learn other proprietary software.   Please submit resume, salary history and requirements, and a project list including title, type, budget, location and dates to:  swold@heery.com   Resumes without project list containing outlined information will not be considered.  Heery maintains a drug free work environment and performs pre-employment substance abuse tests.  Heery is an equal opportunity employer.  EOE  M/F/D/V
