Construction Manager Needed in Washington, DC My client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.  Since 1991, our client has provided a variety of construction and environmental services to Federal, State and local agencies as well as private businesses.  Our client currently employs over 600 people, up and down the East Coast.   Project Manger Needed in Washington, DC! As the Project Engineer you will be responsible for working with the Project Executive and Superintendents to manage all project documentation and monitor contractor submittal submissions. The Project Manger will effectively manage the documentation process during construction from start to finish, work with Project Executives to meet and exceed client expectations, establish effective project team relationships, develop contractor/client relationships and successfully deliver quality products.Requirements: Candidates should have 3-4 years of Construction Management experience and a 4-year degree in engineering or construction related field or equivalent experience. Construction knowledge, experience working on a multimillion dollar projects, estimating and scheduling experience, ability to anticipate project requirements and plans for contingencies, ability to work in a team environment, effective oral and written communication skills and analytical skills are required.
