Construction Manager
Twenty year old privately owned and operated hotel development company for mid to large upscale hotels is looking for Construction Managers for various locations in the Midwest and TX. They develop, build and manage high-end branded hotels nationwide.
Analyze specs, oversee bidding practices, and schedule all design and construction activities related to assigned projects. Effectively plan, organize and direct hotel projects in the development pipeline; evaluate proposals and negotiate contracts; attend project and contractor meetings; site and project due diligence; perform job site inspections and verify punch list items; approve monthly billing applications from contractor and consultants; responsible for project budgets, schedules and conformance to brand standards; lead and evaluate any value engineering; facilitate and coordinate all submittals and approvals; review MEP design & engineering systems.
Construction Manager must have upscale hotel or high-end mid to high-rise multi-family construction experience, a construction related degree and 6 years min. experience.
