Work for a Central New Jersey (Somerville) area company that offers engineering, process & plant design, controls systems, project management, FDA compliance, environmental and training services to a number of industrial marketplaces and companies.CAD Operator - electricalThe applicant must be proficient in AutoCAD demonstrating good drafting techniques, possessing the basic knowledge of electricity with the willingness to learn and progress in the field of heavy electrical design.The applicant will be working under the guidance of and communicating with electrical engineers and designers.  The applicant must understand the necessity for completing assignments accurately within an allocated predefined timeframe.  Initially the applicant will be performing drafting duties and other associated tasks.  After a period of time, based on the applicants proven track record, the applicant will be given light design work with the degree of complexity increasing over time with experience.Applicant must possess the following core competencies: • Willingness to learn • Self-motivated • Self-starter. • Strong achievement drive • Capable of working in a team environment • Customer focused
