CAD Drafter/CNC Programmer
Granite countertop fabrication shop is seeking an experienced CAD Drafter/CNC Programmer. Previous stone or wood CNC programming or operation experience required. Minimum 2 years of 2D drafting preferred.
Position includes creating, updating & the modifying design projects, CNC programming and creating CAD drawings for kitchen countertop projects derived from digital templates.
Candidates must have the ability to multi task, be detail oriented and have proficiency in both oral and written communications; read and interpret construction drawings; prepare accurate detailed drawings from data supplied by a field template, create CNC programs and develop cad drawings using stone specific software; maintain effective working relationships on the telephone and in person with customers, vendors, co-workers and field service providers.
