Position:

 Leads our synergistic sales team by being responsible for strategies, profitability and sales plans including performance targets, mentoring / coaching for performance and market penetration for the primary and surrounding markets. Works collaboratively with our corporate resources and dealerships to develop new business opportunities with Designers, Real Estate developers, large General Contractors and corporate end-users.

 

Minimum experience and education needed:

 Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent.Ten (10) years of diversified professional sales presentation and marketing experience with eight (8) years in the contract office furniture industry or closely related including five (5) years management experience. Local market experience preferred.
