Lakeshore is currently recruiting for Billing Accountants to join the dynamic team at one of our uptown Dallas clients. This firm has a nationwide footprint as a full-service engineering, architecture and construction management organization.

Daily responsibilities of the Billing Accountant role will include: Management of billing/invoicing function for 2 regional offices Printing and resolving timesheet issues Analyzing labor (timesheets), expense and material reports Re-classing material, expense and labor discrepancies within  projects Auditing of all information to verify accuracy before invoices are issued Reconciliation of invoices Preparation and sending of invoices, reports, and monthly statements to project  managers for approval.  Preparation of Monthly Invoice Payment Status reports

Requirements 2-3 years of experience in a billing role-experience in "project billing" for an engineering, construction, or architectural environment highly preferred. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Deltek Vision required Ability to manage billing for 200+ simultaneous projects Solid skills and experience in reporting, monthly statement preparation, and reconciliation
