Associate Director - Construction

Navigant Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: NCI) is a specialized leading independent consulting firm providing construction, litigation, financial, restructuring, energy, healthcare and operational consulting services to government agencies, legal counsel and large companies facing the challenges of uncertainty, risk, distress and significant change.  NCI seeks architectural or engineering professionals for a position within the firm’s Construction Practice in the Irvine, CA office.  Candidates must possess the following minimum background:  - 10-20 years diversified experience in the Design and Construction Industry - California State Architectural or Professional Engineer License (other State licenses a plus)- LEED certified professional designation a plus- National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) Certified - Experience in ALL aspects of customary Architectural / Engineering Services (emphasis with construction documents and construction administration preferred) - Experience with Commercial, Institutional, Public building types - Experience in forensic analysis a plus, including building envelope, infiltration, peer review, standard of care and performance, and catastrophic failures. - Good writing and presentation skills - Potential to successfully assist in business development and generation undertakings of the firm required Please click here to apply via the Navigant Consulting, Inc.
