Science/Technology/Educational Architect
Description
Candidate will function as a Science/Technology/Educational Architect, partnering with Clients to integrate strategic planning with operational, facility and technology planning to achieve sustainable integrated design solutions in a rapidly changing marketplace. Individual must demonstrate commitment to the highest level of design quality and leadership experience in planning, directing and monitoring all aspects of large multi-discipline or medium sized projects with a high degree of technical complexity. Architect must exhibit excellent client relation values and are expected to be involved with marketing, design and production meetings. Senior Architects are responsible to assist in coordinating the workload of the Project Team through the entire project development to complete documents on schedule and within the Client's and the Company's budgets.Qualifications
BS/BA Degree in Architecture (Masters preferred)
10-15 years of experience in Higher Education, Science/Lab Architecture
Registered Architect
Proven planning, scheduling and budgeting skills - referral documented
Strong leadership and mentoring skills - stated values and principles
Strong computer skills (AutoCAD 2002 literate, Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Project)
