Seeking to hire 

 

* A self-starter to work directly under the Project Manager 

* Excellent communication and organizational skills a must, along with strong initiative and self motivation, with a desire to learn 

* Will work closely on all aspects of multiple job sites. 

* 1-2 years experience in construction related field a PLUS 

* Knowledge of Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, and the INTERNET a MUST 

* Knowledge of AUTO CAD and POWERPOINT is a PLUS 

* Associates Degree a MUST in majors: Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or similar fields for the following positions 

 

 

 

Tasks include  

 

* Will assist in creating and managing reports, invoices, requisitions, logs and meeting minutes 

* Some Administrative Responsibilities, including answering phones, filing, and scheduling 

* Review new job orders, gather job information, prepare and review paperwork for submission, follow-up on paperwork/plans 

* Filing and tracking permits 

* Will deal closely with Building Owners/Developers, Architects, Engineers, Vendors, Sub contractors and other professionals in the construction industry.
