ARCHITECT/PROJECT MANAGER
ARCHITECTURAL PROFESSIONALS
PROJECT MANAGER - Opportunity to work for industry leader in design! 8+ years experience to include directing teams, managing budget, developing proposals, and maintaining existing and new clients. Experience with architectural components utilized in the design and construction of interior spaces and the exterior of buildings and other components of the design of a project such as electrical, mechanical, communications, structural and exterior site issues, coordinate all of the design disciplines required. $DOE Excellent benefits!
PROJECT MANAGER HEALTHCARE - Work for this international industry leader that prides itself on sustainable design!! Degreed Registered Architect. 10+ years experience focusing in critical care facilities. Lead a team on projects. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). Good planning and mentoring skills. Experience in sustainable design/LEED a plus.
JOB CAPTAIN - Well established, reputable design firm! 5+ years exp., strong AutoCAD skills and be proficient in the most recent release of CAD. Corporate Office interiors and Tenant Improvement experience preferred.Excellent knowledge of how a permit and construction issue set of drawings is organized and produced, able to research products and have a basic knowledge of building codes and standards.
