ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF POSITION, Clemmons, NC

Experience: Minimum of five (5) years in a busy, multi-tasking business environment, with “hands-on� experience in all general office administrative-type duties and with basic accounting knowledge.

Education: Two or four year degree in business related area.

Misc. Qualifications: Must have strong computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and common accounting software. Successful candidate will be detail oriented, organized and discreet.

 

Compensation: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour depending upon experience.

 

Work Schedule: Standard work hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday.

 

Responsibilities: Prepare contracts, invoices and tracking reports, maintain client financial files and confidential HR files.  Various other general administrative duties will be required to assist the executive staff.
