Our Meridian location is looking for a top-notch Service Manager who will be responsible for daily service operations, customer relationships, growth and profitability of the branch and the management of our service team. Strong communication, planning, organizational and negotiating skills are requirements of this management position. This position is responsible for promoting outstanding customer relations, a high sense of urgency, and a quality-focused teamwork environment. Technical knowledge in heavy equipment along with a proven track record in management in the industry is a must.

Education/Experience Requirements:  High school or equivalent.  Technical knowledge of Caterpillar and allied equipment.  Previous management experience or equivalent.  Knowledge of Service Department functions with 8 to 10 years experience in Service Department or equivalent.  Knowledge and demonstrated ability in customer relations.  Strong written, verbal, analytical, negotiating and interpersonal skills.  Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

Special Requirements:  Travel will be required.  Travel does include to and from branches.  May require weekends, evenings and holidays.
